Driver Candidate Profile

Driver profile (Profil Kandydata na Kierowcę / PKK) is a number , You can get from transport department in city, where You are registred from at least half a year.

To get  driver profile You need:

• medical examination
• resident card
•  one photo

The profile should be prepared in your Communication Department / Starosty depending on the place of residence:
